Terms of service.

CleanTime LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides residential and commercial cleaning services. By using our website, booking services, or otherwise engaging with us, you (“you” or “client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

  • CleanTime LLC provides residential, commercial, and short-term rental cleaning services, including deep cleans, move-out services, and ongoing maintenance.

  • Specific services will be outlined in your estimate or booking confirmation.

2. Scheduling and Access

  • Appointments are scheduled in advance. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations.

  • Clients may provide entry via key, code, or by being present. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Initial deep cleans are billed hourly per staff member; recurring services are billed at a flat rate unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • We accept standard payment methods (cash, check, or electronic). Returned checks may incur a fee.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Repeated cancellations may result in termination of service.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are not required to “pre-clean” before service.

  • Please secure pets if necessary for their safety and ours.

  • Let us know if you have surfaces requiring special cleaning products or methods.

6. Our Commitment

  • We provide our own professional cleaning supplies and tools unless special arrangements are made.

  • We will treat your home and belongings with care and respect.

  • If you are unsatisfied with our work, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

7. Liability

  • While we take every precaution, CleanTime LLC is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items improperly secured by the client.

  • We carry general liability insurance for accidents directly caused by our services.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.

9. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, United States.
